I can't believe it's September already, and for the first time in 19years I am not starting any type of school, class, course, module. It feels very strange, but I am excited for what the future brings. Hopefully, good things come to those who wait and work hard :)
The weather has also changed, from 20 degrees to gloomy, gloomy UK that is extremely familiar. This week I am very busy planning and revising for my final course viva, but I should be ok. I am trying to stay positive and read a lot for it.
Moving on, since everyone is starting either school, high-school, college, University or maybe a new job, I thought that an outfit that would go in every of the above situations would be perfect for today. Personally, I would wear this for an interview or a day at work, but it is very versatile.
The grey knitted cape can keep you warm, but at the same time it would look amazing with just a pair of basic jeans and a tee. The classic white shirt is a staple in my wardrobe and gives the look a smart vibe.
I am wearing my Gucci inspired loafers since I'm still trying to hang on to summer while at the same time keep warm and dry (as much as possible since the are open back).
The umbrella is a must if you live in the UK and I think the first time I chose to show it in one of my posts.
I hope this week brings you happiness and a lot of joy, and if you're a Fresher starting Uni - enjoy it !
Yours truly,
AndraV

From here to there
Gloomy with a chance of sunny.
I had a busy few days with friends visiting us and showing them around the city. I am always excited when people come to visit us, maybe because that doesn't happen very often or because I just love our friends.
However, I was able to work and finish everything I've planned for the week, while at the same time use my breaks to have a look at what was new on Asos.com (hih, I'm always on that website - it's an addiction)
I found this Long Sleeve Blouse with ruffle collar and tie neck detial and I had to buy it. I really love the cut and the fabric, but most of all, the wrist ruffle&tie. It adds a feminine yet minimalist touch to the look. It works perfectly with most of the items from my wardrobe such as this pair of Monki highwaisted jeans or a distressed denim skirt.
I will most likely wear it constantly for the next couple of weeks.
