Vegan Breakfast Pancakes

60g Oats
30g Purya Vegan Powder
30g Blueberries
80g Strawberries
14g Raspberries
1/2 Banana
60ml Organic Almond Milk
4g Desiccated Coconut
10g Agave Syrup
12g Powdered Peanut Butter
10g Organic Cacao





Method:

1. Blend all the ingredients (except toppings)
2. Poor half of the mixture into a heated pan 
3. Repeat (makes around 2-3 pancakes)
3. Add a few blueberries and flip once cooked
4. Make the peanut butter/chocolate topping by adding some water to the powder, mix until runny
5. Add toppings & sprinkle the coconut, drizzle some agave syrup
6. Enjoy
